Warranty Policy
Our Guarantee
Every phone we sell comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality of our devices because we know you deserve peace of mind with your purchase.
This warranty begins on the date shown on your invoice and remains valid for one full year.
Important: You are responsible for shipping costs to send the device to us. Once repaired, we cover the shipping back to you.
Accessories (cases, cables, chargers, etc.) are sold as-is and are not included in our warranty coverage.
What We Cover
If your device develops a fault due to a manufacturing issue, we'll repair or replace it at no charge for parts and labour. This includes:
- Hardware failures that occur under normal use
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Component failures not caused by user damage
Note: Cracked or physically damaged screens are considered accidental damage and are not covered. However, if we do repair a screen under warranty, we'll cover the return shipping.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty doesn't cover issues caused by:
- Accidental drops, impacts, or physical damage
- Water exposure, liquid spills, or moisture damage
- Normal wear and cosmetic scratches
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Installing custom ROMs, rooting, or jailbreaking
- Using incompatible chargers or accessories
- Software issues, apps, or data loss
- Network or carrier compatibility problems
- Natural disasters, fire, or theft
- Improper storage or handling
- Power surges or incorrect voltage
Before You Ship to Us
- Back up your data — we're not responsible for anything lost during repairs
- Factory reset your device and remove any screen locks or accounts
- Remove your SIM card and memory card
- Only send the phone itself unless we specifically ask for accessories
- Use proper packaging to prevent damage in transit
- Keep your IMEI number handy for reference
The Process
When you submit a warranty claim, our team will assess the issue and determine the best course of action. We may repair the device or, if that's not practical, offer a replacement with a similar or better model. If your original device is no longer available, we'll provide an equivalent alternative.
If we inspect your device and find the issue isn't covered by warranty, we'll let you know before proceeding. You'll be responsible for inspection fees and return shipping in those cases.
Important Notes
- Keep your invoice or receipt — you'll need it to make a claim
- The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred
- We take care of your device while it's with us, but we can't be responsible for items lost in transit to us
- Any unauthorised repair attempts will void your warranty
- Tampered, removed, or damaged serial numbers/IMEI labels void the warranty
